Charity Auction Stuff


Wemyss Malts has released some of its most coveted bottles from its archives to raise money for The Drinks Trust. These bottles are the very last drop of the single cask from which they come. This auction includes bottles from Bunnahabhain, Auchentoshan, Mortlach, amongst other gems; these final bottles are likely to attract both connoisseurs and collectors alike. Get amongst it, people!


New SWA Chief!


The Scotch Whisky Association (SWA) has announced that Mark Kent, former British Ambassador to Argentina, will succeed Karen Betts as Chief Executive, when Karen leaves the SWA later this year. Best of luck sir!


Making the Community!

We know that all of whiskies colour comes from the cask, however, science has still not been able to explain exactly what it is about the interaction between the cask and the liquid that causes it. Whoa..
