London Whisky Weekender
April 1, 2016 @ 12:00 pm - April 3, 2016 @ 9:00 pm| £30 – £35
The London Whisky Weekender returns to the heart of old industrial London for its 3rd year and after the roaring success in 2014 and 2015, we are set to repeat and better ourselves.
MORE whisky to taste, MORE food to eat and MORE fun to be had, this should be THE whisky event of the year in London.
Here’s what each session ticket includes:
- Entry to one session, either Friday 6-10pm, Saturday 12pm-4pm or 5pm-9pm OR Sunday 12pm-4pm (select which below)
- Glencairn tasting glass
- A bottle of water (for obvious purposes)
- The Festival Guide
- ALL WHISKIES SAMPLED IN MAIN HALL (not including ‘under the counter’ drams)
How the festival works
Simply approach any of the exhibitor stands, ask politely for a dram and you shall receive a tasty glass of whisky (it really is that simple) Every exhibitor should know their whiskies inside out and it’s well worth taking advantage of this knowledge. They’ll be able to answer all and any whisky related questions you may have and will happily explain why their whisky is so damn tasty.
Under the counter drams
The vast majority of whiskies on show are available to taste within your ticket price.
However, ‘Under the Counter’ Token drams simply allow you access to some of the rare and more exclusive whiskies in the festival. More details to follow.
The Festival Shop
As with all our more southerly shows we have our friends from The Whisky Exchange in the show to take care of all your purchasing needs and selling every whisky that you will find in the show.
Classes are now live and will be taking place on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday, click HERE to book and find out more.
Will keep appearing here at regular intervals, please keep checking back to see what whiskies are in store!
Early Bird tickets have now sold out for all sessions except the Friday.
Please also note:
Last Pour’ is always 15 minutes prior to the session end time. As it always has been and always will be.
We do not send out ‘paper’ tickets. Once you have booked, you will be emailed a confirmation and your name will be added to our event register for entry on the door.
If they are a gift for somebody else and you would like PDF tickets emailed to you, please email email@example.com, stating the names of the recipients.
